Hi Guys I get this error sometimes but they are work emails that I use all the time but some times, they just can't be accepted or allow me to send when is frustrating which I then have to send from a GMAIL but looks unprofessional. Can you please advise why this error comes up. Thanks

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Requested action aborted: local error in processing.

Please check the message recipient "xxxxxx@doman.com.au" and try again

Provider = Where you get your email service from.

Intermittent problems are almost always on the providers end. If Thunderbird is setup correctly it works. If not it fails all the time.

See where is says "the mail server responded"

Your provider has the servers. You should ask them.

Check the contacts info that you are entering. Make sure it is correct and there are no spaces before the address.

When you say service provider, is that the internet company like Telstra? its just weird that I will be using the address and its correct and suddenly this error comes up, I won't be able to use their address for the day and tomorrow will be a different story and everything will be back to normal????
