I deleted Kaspersky internet security off my PC, but now when I enter a web address using Firefox it searches for minutes for ff.kis.vz.scr.kaspersky.com before going to the website that I entered. Kaspersky software is removed from my PC. What can I do?

Contact its support and explain that something was left behind.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one.
