I run Sandboxie 5.20 with Firefox. I have had no problems with either for a number of years. Recently I cannot connect with sandboxie. When clicking on 'sandboxed mozilla' nothing loads and the website is unresponsive. I get the following messages

'Firefox application error' 'entry point not found' 'bad function in call @std@@yaxxz could not be located in the dynamic library mozglue.dll Firefox couldn't load XPCOM.'

I have re-loaded sandboxie, but the result is the same. Firefox on it's own works as well as ever. Can you help please. (I am not all that computer savvy.) Thanks.
