There's this one website that I often go on, but sometimes it will randomly open new tabs. How can I stop this website from opening new tabs without affecting any other websites?

What is in these new tabs/windows?
Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good ad / pop-up blocker.
