Hi leott, in case you still face this issue:

By default, Scrapbook data is stored in your Firefox profile folder:

They are stored in 'ScrapBook' directory in your profile folder. The file named 'scrapbook.rdf' is a XML/RDF that manages tree structure of your collection, and each items you collected are in 'data' directory.

You can back up that folder, but I don't yet know how to use its contents without the original Scrapbook extension. Work is under way on a new one (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/ad.../web-scrapbook/), but it doesn't really appear to be ready for prime time.

Some people suggest switching to Microsoft's OneNote product (I haven't tried this myself): https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/onenote-clipper/

We do not know Mozilla is not the Developer of that add-on you would have to contact the Developer from his page and look to see if there is a support site and contact info : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/scrapbook/

Mozilla ok's add-ons by a Developer for use with Firefox and provides a web page for distribution only.

Firefox Support may help with that add-on but only in the context of getting Firefox to work properly.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I have a similar situation with data from a bunch of other addons. Rather than pass the buck to the developer(s), the problem is with FireFox and its presumption about the user's situation.

Why perform automatic upgrades that are irreversible? Why not warn the user whilst they still have a chance to abort the upgrade about what will no longer work and what will be lost?

Hi Nap_BlownApart, since you updated directly from Firefox 49, you missed a number of opportunities to learn about which extensions would be disabled in Firefox 57+. It sounds as though you are sticking with the old version and do not need support for specific extensions at this time. The picture may look different in a month, so if you consider it again, please start a fresh thread at that time.

Please restore my Firefox to a much earlier date when it was working so good.

Hi BJPtap1, how long ago was the time your Firefox was working better?

Could I suggest starting a new question and including your Firefox configuration information (use the Share Data button). You can start here:

Separate Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
