How do I drag and drop tabs without changing to the tab?
I want to be able to drag my tabs around without switching to them immediately. This gets frustrating as I want to organize my tabs while staying on a page without loading all the tabs just because I want to move them around.

I don't think that is possible. You need to select the tab to be able to drag the tab to a different position
