What a piece of crap! Preferences#advanced does not work. What is wrong with you people?
I can't find anything, I can't get back my old layout. Bookmarks have been trashed by the latest update. And I have blocked updating so how did it update. You guys must be the best marketing department that Opera have ever had.
I've been reluctant to change Browser - partially because I am used to Firefox, partially bookmarks (now trashed in any case), partially misplaced loyalty. But your arrogance and non customer centric attitude have now convinced me. Your help function is useless. Opera gives a VPN, you don't.

Best update Windows for their patch for this as well as Late coming week look for patches from your chip maker Intel/AMD also do your cell phone.

Since you do not mention what is wrong with bookmarks can only guess. So if care to explain in detail will try to get you back again.
You are running Flash 16.0 r0 as well as ver 28. 16 has 100's of security issues so please uninstall both by using :
Reinstall ver 28 : Flash Player Version: 28.0.0.126 Current Version
