With Firefox Browser, I open BT.com Mail. The insert email address and password to gain access to my mail account. I have other mail accounts with BT. on the Mail page I access HELP and select MANAGE EMAIL ADDRESS, get the insert address and Password section, do so, and select OK, to be advised User name and password incorrect. Try again, same response, this time I get a BT intercept advising, Too many attempts, try again in 15 mins.

Every time I use Firfos=x In get this response, and am unable to get to my other mail boxes.

Use Outlook,no problem? works well?
