I want an incognito-only blacklist and a homepage highlights blacklist. How do I request them or create them myself?
A lot of websites are difficult to use when they track, and I'd rather access them only in incognito mode. Is there a way to create a list of websites that only open in incognito (preferably just automatically launching an incognito window)? If not, can I request it as a feature?
I'd also like to create a blacklist for websites from appearing in highlights on my homepage. Can I do that? If not can I request it as a feature?

Hi, you can have it for Global use but not one or the other or : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/blocksite/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/block-site-2/
If you can find a program called Peerblock used to block torrent stuff and download lists from iblock you can block large swatches of stuff or edit it for yourself.
