When I try to access via Firefox using my laptop, I'm unable to use my Juno email account for several days now. It just keep rotating saying "looking for" or at times "downloading Juno" Ive done nothing different to my laptop or Juno account. I can access other sites as well, and I have no problem via my Verizon android or other *Non-Foxfire server. I really NEED to use Juno email via my main laptop. Thx a lot

Hi, you are not saying if you are downloading your email into Juno or are using the webmail address @ https://webmail.juno.com/?cf=spl

REFRESH INSTRUCTIONS please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st: Delete your Cookies and Cache and TEST.

then

TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:

If is your Profile :

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks and history and Cookies and passwords and cache and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

You can also do a malware scan just to be sure.
