How do I close Firefox to make changes to the system
firefox must be closed to proceed with this installation
I see OPEN but no way to close

HI ok. 4 ways I know of :
- If Menu Bar is turned on then File --> Exit.
- 3 Bar Menu --> Exit
- Click the X in the top Right Corner
- Windows Task Manager and End Task.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that workst in case security software is causing problems.
