Can't delete a downloaded file because it is running in Firefox
Downloaded a file from my google drive. It says it downloaded in part. I want to delete it, but error message says I can't because it is running in Firefox

Then you should go to the download option and let it finish.
Did you try to close Firefox to see if that allows to delete the file?
It is also possible that your security software is blocking the file.
