Can not get into email, don't remember password or how I put in my name. No emails are coming through on my phone from you.

An information screen came up on Thunderbird several days ago. Can not get it to go away and therefore can't get into my emails.

what does the screen say? is it a tab that has opened that you can just close perhaps.

Note that Thunderbird has no version that runs on a phone. so if your mail is not working on your phone, that is not a Thunderbird issue.

Thanks. I am not sure why it is working now, I guess I pushed the right thing. Can't tell you what it was. Thanks again
