I updated to 60.3.2 (32-bit) yesterday, using a Win7 (64-bit) machine with 4G of RAM, an AMD Turion II Dual Core M520 2.3G CPU, and an SSD. My main email is IMAPed to Gmail.

I've been using Thunderbird for several years with no problems, but this update has made my email SUPER slow!! When I click on "Write", it takes about 30 seconds to open the window. Then when I start to type the address in the "To" field, I get about 3 characters in before it stops responding for anywhere from 30-60 seconds. Then the window minimizes, and when I open it there's an address plugged in.

Any thoughts on how to speed things back up?
