Firefox crashing misc
Windows 8.1 AMD Radeon HD R9 200 Series Latest Firefox update installed Problem tested with extensions disabled and after clearing cache
Amazon.com always crashes after clicking on directing links to product images and/or videos (immediately after or sometimes 5-20 seconds during loading). However, using Amazon lite webpage, with only basic HTML doesn't crash.
Youtube sometimes soft freezes Firefox for 10-20 seconds after switching tabs (cursor can move, browser is still responding, but can't click on other tabs) only when two or more Youtube videos are playing at the same time.
I do not have any of these issues with Chrome, and I'm feeling this problem might have to do with Firefox having hardware acceleration issues.

- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
