Ctrl+Tab does not show all open tabs, rather it shows few tab thumbnails that can fit on screen

Firefox gives me a functionality to see open tabs, on using Ctrl+Tab (On Windows and Mac).

However on using this on more than 6 tabs, it does not show more than 6 Tab thumbnails. (Or according to aspect Ratio)

Kindly fix this to show All tabs on using Ctrl+Tab.
