Tried to send an email that was too large to send, decided to delete the email...Thunderbird now asks if I want to send this over sized email...AFTER it was deleted! This message comes up every time Thunderbird is launched.

Just a string of numbers...am I missing something?

have a look in the outbox folder. I think you will find a copy there waiting to be sent.

I seem to have the same issue. What may complicate things is that the Thunderbird account in question is a Gmail account. (By the way, when I open up Gmail in my browser, I do *not* have this issue.) The most potentially useful answer would appear to be Matt's; however, I do not have a folder labeled "outbox". I do have a "drafts" folder (same thing?), and that is empty. FWIW, I've attached my exact error message.
