Hi Clive, Do you have a toolbar overflow? You'll see a double right arrow, >> , at the right end of the toolbar.

Did you check in the Customize palette? Click on the 3-bar Menu, select Customize, and see if it's in there.

Lastly, double-check that the extension is Enabled. Select Menu again, select Add-ons. On the left side be sure Extensions is selected. Look for Norton Password Manager. If it's disabled it will say (disabled)

If it is, on the right end is a 3-dot Menu button. Click that and select Enable.

Norton Security version 22.12.1.14 update while it was available? If so, what you see is Norton's changes to the firefox Toolbar and Identity Safe extensions. This Norton KB article explains about the ID Safe no longer working from the Toolbar.
