I was suckered into setting up a Firefox mobile account, gave my email and set up password. Firfox then sent link to me sms... it seems to want to open up AOL Mail.... dont know why, that's not the mail I account I used to set up acount. I did ths process three times all failed. What is up with this tool... its not intuitive, and there is no support either phone or chat. I know you are volunteer, but it seems you've outgrown yourself, expanded past your ability to provide help, thus have become useless to many. How does one get support.

Hello, I think I can help. What is the purpose of the link that was sent to you from Firefox? Is it to verify your account? If so, can you copy the URL from the SMS and paste it in your internet browser?

Please provide any info that may be helpful so I can fully understand the situation.

Thanks!
