Right click anywhere empty at the top of the browser in the menu areas. Click Customize. If any of your missing icons are here, you may drag them to the menu area. You can also check the overflow menu >> in case any might be there.

Inside the Address Bar itself, click on the 3-dot icon ... Right-click anything in that menu to get the "Add to address bar" action.

As to the headphones icon, perhaps you need to be in a state where these would appear in order to find them in one of the menus. I have no experience with this. If,on the other hand, none of these other icons are available, or will not stay in the address bar or menu area, further steps can be taken, such as starting in Safe Mode, Firefox Safe Mode, testing with a new profile, or reinstalling Firefox.

You can find items like "Take a Screenshot" and the Bookmark Star in the drop-down list that opens if you click the "Page actions" button (3-dot icon at the right end of the location/address bar). You can right-click an item in the "Page actions" drop-down list to add its button to the location/address bar for easy access.
