Hi- When I download photos from Firefox and try to open them in preview or photoshop I get a message that file may be damaged or unrecognized. These are jpgs with the extension on them (I don't add it). When I download the same images in Safari they open no problem. I don't like Safari but I am really frustrated... Also: I can drag the downloaded images into Firefox browser and they open but that doesn't help me. thanks for any help I've added current plugins and extensions below
