Deactivate Background Play

does anyone know how I can deactivate background playback of videos? I don't want any video to keep playing when I close the app or switch off my phone's screen..

It shouldn't happen without the addon "Video Background Play Fix". Did you activate it?
Hey, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I did not install nor activate said addon. Only addon I have installed is an adblocker. You think it's rather a bug than a feature?

Do you have an example of a video where this is a problem?
Any video on 9gag does this. YouTube on the other hand does not work.
