Cannot send E-mails

When trying to send E-mails the following error message appears:- An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Sorry, we couldn't send your message. The network address your device has been assigned is on an industry blacklist to prevent Spam. The problem should be addressed by your network service provider. Please try again later or use webmail.. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.

I can send mails using mybtinternet website.

Yes you are on a personal blacklist of a company/ industry. You have to contact your provider. Solve with them how to go further than where you are now. After contacting you will be off the Blacklist if they decide that. With there norms and etc.
