I've successfully used Send Later many times before. (Have used Thunderbird for years.) Now, when I compose a message and click on Send Later, the usual screen when one sets up the time, no longer opens. The message goes straight to Outbox that now is located under Local Folders. ( Very different than before.) I can see my message there, open it, and the timestamp is the time when I clicked on Send Later. Still no way to set up the time for sending. I can see Send Unsent Messages under Files, but again, there is nothing to set up the desirable time for the sending option. I'm afraid something got messed up in recent updates. Please help.
