Hi I recently switched to Firefox on my iMac and when I tried going to the Apple website to report issue with an App Store purchase, idmsa.apple.com, it just spins and spins. Works fine on Firefox on my iPhone. I've disabled add-ons and cleared history and set all security settings to allow everything, but the site won't load. Any suggestions what to do to get it working? thanks! p.s. just tried with appleid.apple.com and it also spins and spins and doesn't let me login.
