I had a ton of tabs saved in collections. My phone died and when I installed Firefox on the new phone, all the collections had disappeared - is there any way to restore them?

I am sorry, but it will not be possible to recover the lost Collections.
Why aren't collections stored like bookmarks? If I had known they could disappear and weren't backed up to my account like bookmarks, I never would have used them. What a useless addition
