I don't find this "point" "activate sync" under settings in my Android smartphone. So syncronizing PC an smartphone is not possible. What you describe is "Open menue on your smartphone - then settings - then activate sync - then scanning the code. But - WHERE can I find this "activate sync"? Sorry for my English - hope you understand and help nevertheless... Thanks, Renate

被選擇的解決方法

Hi

If you open the Firefox for Android menu, select Settings, then scroll to the top of the list, you will see the option to set up Firefox Sync.

I hope that this helps.

Thank you, but as I said I didn't find the "Firefox Sync" (look at the screenshot). What I did now was uninstalling Firefox App and reinstall it and then I was asked for syncronisation and scanning the code, which was given by Firefox Windows. So in the end it works... Thanks again, Renate

@Seburo The "sync" option DOES NOT APPEAR ANYWHERE in the Settings menu. I am including a screenshot of the settings menu from my phone (a Motorola Moto G Power with Android 11). I've looked through every menu item and it's not anywhere to be found. You say it's supposed to be at the top of the list--look at my screenshot and tell me if you see it because I sure don't.

Sincerely,

Ron
