Using multiple profiles / identities in Firefox for Android

On desktop, I use separate Firefox profiles for my work and for my private contexts. This avoids my employer tracking my private browsing habits and satisfies my other privacy and compliance concerns when accessing company resources. Both profiles use different Firefox Sync accounts so that my data is backed up, and so I can restore contexts even if I switch workstations.

I want to achieve a similar separation for my mobile browsing experience with Firefox. I want to have two "profiles", even if switching requires some manual work, so that I cleanly separate private from work-time browsing on my Android phone.

Is this achieved, or has the multi-profile approach been gutted from Firefox for Android?

Hi David

Probably the best and easiest way to do this is to install a second copy of Firefox for Android, such as the Beta or Nightly version.
