I have a VPN (Kaspersky) and Youtube (video only) doesn't work when using this VPN app. I think this problem is in Mozilla Firefox, as it works normally on Google Chrome.

Here is the issue that I had using Kaspersky with Firefox. https://community.kaspersky.com/kaspersky-security-cloud-11/kaspersky-cloud-free-laggin-my-text-input-in-firefox-and-chrome-software-version-is-21-2-16-590-14119?postid=65312#post65312

Like your issue, the browser worked when not running the app, but with the app I had the above issue.

Interesting logic.... Firefox works without the VPN, but stops working when using VPN. Most would assume the issue is with some setting within the VPN app.
