How about showing the issue. There maybe something, but it's not looking good from the start if they already told you that feature is not supported in Firefox. You would need to ask them why.

I am having the same problem. Contacted Ring and I will post a response when I get it.

Ring says they do not support "live view" on Firefox.

They said they don't support Firefox so what are you expecting from us?
