Firefox Sync is not working.

I installed a new Windows on SSD drive, downloaded Firefox and signed into my account. I tried to sync my account and its been a month now and even after deleting, refreshing and reinstalling the Firefox, the sync has not worked. I have tons of data on my Firefox account so I will be enormously grateful if someone can help.

I have tried to press sync multiple times in settings panel of the Firefox and also checked about:config/sync logs.

It sounds like you're under the impression that Sync is backing up your data. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-sync-my-computer

Sync allows you to sync your Firefox data between different computers and versions of Firefox. What happened to your old data? Is it on another drive? If you are currently signed into your Firefox account with nothing, that's what will sync. Nothing.
