I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox as the default browser on my Android phone. When I used Chrome, I received emails from advocacy groups asking me to petition my government representatives to take action on specific issues. If I agree, I am directed to a web page where a form is already filled out with my personal information because it remembers that I have taken action on some issue in the past. Obviously, my time is saved by not having to fill out the form each time. However, with Firefox some of these forms are not filled out, and when I tap on different fields, no drop-down menu appears with past entries. I’ve gone to Firefox’s Settings and see that “Autofill in Firefox” is on by default, so I don't know what else to do. This problem occurs on some web pages, not all. Please advise. Thank you.

Unlike Chrome which saves users data and helps you autofill everything Firefox doesn't have this. The reason behind it is Data Privacy.. you see when Chrome saves your data and use it in autofill it not only exposes your personal information but also puts your privacy at Risk. Firefox asks users to enter there data everytime to ensure there is no data Theft by putting your Privacy at there top most priority. It's a bit uncomfortable and Lengthy but atleast your protected. Also unlike Chrome Firefox Blocks Pop ups adwares and unwanted pettions which requires you to enter your personal information.
