I can not be any more crystal clear.

Delete my account immediately.

I am appalled that your account deletion process is so bug ridden for a group that touts privacy so much.

No matter what I do, I get an 'Incorrect Password' error when I attempt to delete my account. I've tried changing my password. I've used the rest password link. I've changed it about 4 times now and the error persists.

Delete my account manually.

Hi

To be able to delete your Firefox Account, you will need to be able to access the account. If you change your password, leave it 24 hours (to be on the safe side), you should then find you will be able to delete the account.

We will not be able to delete your Firefox Account outside of this process - we need to be able to verify the account holder is the account holder through be able to access the account.
