I have MSN as my home page. It has changed my local news from Albuquerque to Las Vegas, Nevada. Please tell me how to get it back to Albuquerque. I cannot find help anywhere on this. Please don't tell me to use the Settings gear on the MSN homepage as it has 2 options. Feedback and Help; neither of which addresses this issue.

Homepage is dependent if your on your ISP or VPN/Proxy connected and that is how they geo-locate to update news and information on your MSN homepage. And if you use cookie blocking apps that can also mess-up the MSN newsfeed as well so one need homepage matching their location one should use VPN/Proxy or cookie blocking to prevent it from showing the new matching your ISP geo-locations.
