Please provide easy to understand explanation layman style and respective steps in easy to follow instructions in layman style how to disable all and any keyboard shortcuts in Mozilla firefox, except refresh without using cache.

i want to use only refresh without using cache to be set up with F5 key and all and any other keyboard shortcuts to be fully disabled.

Those are defaults any changes beyond those settings requires 3rd party software or userChrome.css edits to change or modify the shortcuts.
