Thunderbird error with window size

With "Windows 10" scale and layout set to 100% there is no problem. When set to 125% there is the following problem. Thunderbird app is opened. Thunderbird window size is normal. If you click to sign into another user and then resign into the orginal account the Thunderbird window is now very small. Thunderbird cannot keep the same window size if you sign into another account and then resign in.
Can you fix this problem?

is this by setting the hidden pref to 125%? Thunderbird 102 brought it's own method in the view menu under font size that is much more reliable for scaling the user interface.
The above solution did not fix thunderbird changing window size.
