Since Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium product you should have posted this in the Mozilla VPN section https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox-private-network-vpn/form for help as this section you posted this thread in is for things related to (desktop) Firefox.
