Adding words to dictionary should include the upper/lower case versions and possessive/apostrophe versions of that word

I often have to add proper nouns to my personal dictionary just so that it doesn't get the red line. However, I find it annoying that I had to add my best friend's name "Luca" with an uppercase L and "luca" with a lowercase l as different words. And then I had to add the possessive forms "Luca's" and "luca's" as separate words as well. I type in lowercase when it's just casual online conversation.

How can I make it so that adding words to my dictionary isn't case-sensitive? And automatically accepts possessive forms (adding apostrophe and s at the end)? I know that some sites also use different unicode characters for apostrophes, so that's another thing. Or is there an extension that does this?

I want to keep spell check on, but I really hate seeing correctly-spelled words marked as misspelled, and it feels redundant to add the same words over and over to my dictionaries, whether it's in the browser or in the persdic.dat file.

Beyond Firefox basic dictionary and spellchecker any other forms would be user customized and considering Firefox is nonprofit user based support thought would be a heavy lift to add word dictionary since pronouns and accent can vary from one person to another and ethnicity as well.

That isn't possible, the personal dictionary can only take the exact word and also isn't offered in the as a possible suggestion. The regular dictionary comes with an affix file to specify the use cases of a word as you can see if you inspect such a file.
