That site is Not from the company Mozilla or the Firefox web browser. It could perhaps be due to some malvertising ad you encountered while on some website. The scam link you post is a suspended site at moment.

There have been a variety of scam sites out there over the years where they do a fake virus scan of your computer and claim it is infected so they can try and trick you into downloading malware or making a payment for some fake <insert application> tech support etc. I have uncounted variations of the fake infected scan scam over the years and since I use Linux that made it an obvious scam more so since the fake virus scanning looks like a Windows system scan of sorts.
