Careful - that could be a phishing scam to capture your login credentials.
Which account is the new device supposedly signing into?
When I sign in a new Firefox browser to my Firefox Account the message looks different.

Are you sure that it is not your IP address? You can find out by typing "what is my ip address" into a search engine.
