Any idea why I keep getting this message?

What do you want someone here to do about a message from your mail provider refusing to send your mail?

I would guess you probably have something in a signature file that you provider identifies with spam. It may be something as innocuous to you as and image for the twitter or facebook icons. I suggest you ask them what the problem is.
