Good morning,

I keep receiving the same error message about logging in. I have contacted and have been working with the hosting company. The hosting company says that there is no issue with my Thunderbird server or email that I am using for work which is michelle@mygng.com.

However, I keep receiving the same Log In error message which I have attached a photo of. Even after turning off the password and then changing the password and inputting the new password, I still receive this message. Please let me know how to possibly resolve this issue.

This appears to be a corporate email account. Is there a corporate email administrator who might be able to confirm your settings? Is there a web account you can log into to verify the password? If you post a screenshot of your incoming server settings, we may have some suggestions. Thank you.
