I'm trying to visit "Feedly.com," but as soon as I type "F" Firefox assumes I mean Facebook and pops up with a screen time blocker. There is no way to proceed, typing "Okay" and returning to type in the browser only restarts the prompt.

Screen Time: Parental control app for Android and iOS The #1 All-in-One Parental Monitoring Platform Manage screen time. Block apps. Filter web and view web history. Supervise all of your kid’s Android, iOS and Kindle devices from one easy-to-use dashboard.

You will need to make changes to that app. This is not a browser issue.

Try changing browser.urlbar.speculativeConnect.enabled to false in about:config.

Whether to warm up network connections for autofill or search results. Speculative connections allow to resolve domains pre-emptively when the user is likely to pick a result from the Address Bar. This allows for faster navigation.
