Firefox Start Google page does not allow Google Instant.
Why can I not use Google Instant from the Firefox start page, which is Google? Google Instant will work if I go to www.google.com, but does not and has no option to turn in it on from the Firefox start page.

The Firefox start page isn't exactly Google, it's a custom page that Google hosts but doesn't necessarily have all of Google's features. You can always set www.google.com as your home page.
