I am getting this from firfox when I open it up... "The bookmarks and history system wil not be functional because one of firefox's files is in use by another application. some security software can cause this problem."

This popped up while I was online. all of a sudden my bookmarks and history were gone. Now firefox will not let me save new bookmarks or let me keep a history! help!
