Started Today! Ebay descriptions loading in html only / font is tiny

On the sell an item page of Ebay, my description will only load in html. It worked fine last night, but today I cannot get it to work right in Firefox. It looks perfectly normal in IE. Please help, I rather use Fire if I can. The other problem is that my font size changed to really small. I have tried the suggestions in the forum, but no luck fixing this.

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
