The headlines on websites (e.g. BBC News) are in a brown colour and not the usual blue

Normally, on (for example) the BBC News home page, the headlines are in blue and, when you click on them, the underline is in blue. This is the case with Firefox on my portable and with Explorer on my desktop.

However, with Firefox on my desktop, this page has the headlines in a very unbecoming brown (although they still underline in blue, when the cursor goes over them).

How can I restore this website (and all others) to the beautiful complexions chosen by the management gurus and their PR people?
