can't view norton tool bar on pale moon
I've recently installed Pale Moon & I can't seem to find a way to install my Norton tool bar.

Try Norton support. I doubt if Norton even recognizes Palemoon as being a program that can use the Norton Toolbar for Firefox and thus doesn't set the necessary registry entries so that Palemoon can install that Norton Toolbar.
