I keep getting an unexpected error (203) when trying to install plugins/themes.
I can download themes and plugins, but when I try to install them, I get
Firefox cannot install >>>>> We have experienced an unexpected error (203).
Please help???

Following the instructions to rename the extensions.xxx files, then reload Firefox worked! Suddenly quite a few add-ins installed!
