I no longer have tools or bookmars listed on my toolbar.

I do not know what happened to the toolbar - no bookmarks, no tools, no file option. Where did these go and how do I get them back?

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
